The farm is situated on the Bushman’s River and just a few kilometers east of the PE - Craddock road (N10) and 110km from P.E.R 1.6 million for a 50% share
This is without doubt one of the best small recreational game in the Eastern Cape. The topography is very interesting and varies from being quite mountainous to gently undulating and then also absolutely flat along the flood plain. The entire property is easily traversed by vehicle with only the extreme southern corner requiring a 4X4 vehicle. The elevated areas afford breathtaking views of the Bushman’s river valley and beyond while the cliffs above the river itself and the higher flat plateaus offer some superb lodge sites or simply sundowner locations.

This cabin offers all the modern conveniences including: main bedroom ensuite (only has this 1 bedroom), outdoor double shower, open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area, large enclosed carport as well as front verandah/porch with braai patio. The power requirements are supplied by a generator and LP gas.
The water reticulation setup on this farm is very straightforward with water being pumped from a relatively new borehole (+- 900lt per hour) by a solar pump . There are another 2 boreholes on the property which are not been used. In addition the farm has +- 550 meters of seasonal Bushman’s River flowing through it Game
Free roaming: Kudu, Mountain Reedbuck, Bushbuck, Duiker, Steenbok and Warthog.
Game camp: Zebra (1), Nyala (1), Kudu (5), Fallow Deer (1) and smaller antelope.
